DESIGN ASSESSMENT STUDY ON GRANTING EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS (CASE STUDY: BABY STROLLER)
This research aims to evaluate designs in the context of granting exclusive industrial design rights. Granting exclusive rights is an important mechanism for protecting innovation and creative works, requiring careful and standardized design assessment. This research analyzes the various criteria and assessments used by the relevant authorities, as well as the challenges and problems faced in this process. A qualitative approach was used to collect data through literature reviews, design examiner interviews. This research recommends increasing assessment capacity and developing more comprehensive assessment guidelines to improve the quality and consistency of design assessments in the granting of exclusive rights. In this way, it is hoped that the design rights protection system can more effectively support innovation and development of the creative industry.
